Back in October, we welcomed Michelle Hardwick for a session on EFT. The participants loved their time with her, and we were very pleased that we were able to have her share her ideas and experiences with us.

Michelle tells me that we can look forward to seeing her again back in Shanghai again sometime in spring 2009 and offered to have another session for us then.
Experienced coach Joanna Hsu led 14 of us through an interactive process of discovery last Wednesday night, based on the Connirae Andreas and Tamara Andreas work into Core Transformations.
Sometimes we do things that seem to be a problem. But often, those “problem” behaviours or patterns of interaction actually give us something. They provide a way for us to experience something that we want. So as we look at a “problem” and chunk up to several levels behind the obvious, we can find that we all have hidden agendas.
