With more than 25 years of corporate experience, Joanna’s background included being Director of China Business Development, Vice President and Regional Head of Quality and Vice President, Regional Head of Human Resources Development for American Express covering 13 markets in Japan/Pacific/Asia/Australia in the 1990’s. Prior to that she had been an IT Consultant, a Stock Broker and a Branch Manager of a Securities Brokerage firm in Canada.
Joanna’s business and management expertise range from leadership advisory, regional management, business implementation strategy, project management, customer data mining, service quality, supply chain management, and management development. Her diverse background enhances her ability to identify management issues and assist in implementation of opportunities and changes; and more importantly, in getting results through people and in developing people through results.

Joanna is a certified NLP trainer. Combining TTI tools and NLP techniques, her focus has been in fostering performance driven corporate culture via coaching and workshops related to leadership and management skills for employee effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency. Her areas of specialty include bridging cultural boundaries and improving process, project and team performance.
